I studied Viticulture and Enology in Udine and began working in the industry out of passion.

I manage and plan the processes of grape transformation, always focusing on quality.
One thing I love about this company is the mutual support: we are a 360-degree team.

I was born and raised in Maremma, surrounded by nature and animals. From a young age, I dedicated myself to agriculture.

I take care of the vineyards and the well-being of the animals. This project makes me dream and gives me the strength to fulfill my desires.

I am a food strategist, journalist, and marketing expert for the food, wine, and hospitality sectors.

At Girasasso, I lead the strategic direction of marketing and business development.
This project has been the fertile soil for creating a new story from scratch, supporting the dream of a small Italian business.
